The Londoner, Leicester Square – Spring 2020
This is a luxury hotel with 350 rooms that will open its doors in the spring of 2020 at Leicester Square, in the heart of London. The Londoner will feature 8 floors and 6 underground floors with reception spaces, bars, restaurants and two movie theatres.
NoMad Hotel, Covent Garden
NoMad London will be installed in the heart of Covent Garden, in a historic building of architectural value known as Bow Street Magistrates Court and Police Station. This first establishment of the NoMad chain outside the United States, NoMad London, will have 91 rooms and will continue to combine well-being, elegance and comfort.
The Baltic Hotel, Liverpool – End of 2019 / Start of 2020
The Baltic Hotel is the first charming hotel of the Baltic Triangle in Liverpool, which will feature 58 rooms with a slightly eccentric touch. On the ground floor, you will find a meeting space, a bar and a restaurant with a more intimate dining room in the basement.
The Vines of Rochester – January 2020
A few minutes walk from the Castle and Rochester Cathedral, The Vine will be the first boutique hotel in the city of Rochester located in a historic red brick building that has been restored with great care.
The Harper, North Norfolk – early 2020
Langham Glass’s rehabilitation has allowed North Norfolk to enrich itself with a luxury hotel. Harper North Norfolk, owned by Bijou Collection, offers a contemporary getaway in a quiet and bucolic enclave. The historic brick and stone building will feature 32 rooms with contemporary four-poster beds, two restaurants and a luxury spa with swimming pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna.
The Pig at Harlyn Bay Hotel, Cornwall – June 2020
Harlyn House is a historic Cornish residence with a fabulous view over the sea that dates back to the 15th century and has been transformed into a charming hotel (38 rooms) by The Pig Hotels, where we will feel like a period drama more romantic. The new PIG is located a few meters from Harlyn Beach, Constantine Bay beaches and the Trevose golf club, but also just 10 minutes by road from Padstow (chefs feud Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth).
The Grand Hotel, Birmingham – Spring 2020
The Grand, an iconic building built between 1877 and 1879 on Colmore Row and Church Street, in the financial district of Birmingham, by Isaac Horton, has been transformed into a luxury hotel with 180 rooms. It will have a restaurant, a bar, a spa and a rooftop with a pool.
Clayton Hotel, Bristol – Late 2020
In a restored building with a historic facade, the new Clayton hotel will open its doors at the end of 2020 on Broad Street. The 4-star establishment will enjoy an ideal location, located in the centre of Bristol and close to the city’s commercial centre. It will have 250 air-conditioned rooms, a bar, a restaurant, an exercise room and huge conference spaces.
Eden Project Hotel, St Austell, Cornwall – 2021
In 2020, a 109-room hotel will open at Eden Project. It is an eco-hotel designed to integrate into the surrounding nature with minimal ecological impact, following the line of the experimental garden to which it will be linked.
Florence Nightingale Suites at Lea Hurst, Derbyshire
Visitors can enjoy a romantic break in Florence Nightingale’s historic home at Lea Hurst, nestled on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The childhood home of the founder of modern nursing overlooks the World Heritage Listed Derwent Valley, around 16 miles from Derby, and features a number of period pieces and elegant artefacts. To mark the 200th anniversary year of the famous nurse, four suites are available, including Nightingale’s private sitting room.
Holiday Inn Express, Hull
Hull’s Holiday Inn Express has undergone a makeover to transform its reception, bar and lounge areas, enhancing its offering for guests. Situated next to the city’s integrated bus and rail terminal, the Hull Paragon Exchange, the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the cobbled streets of the Old Town and has good links for business travellers in the city.
North Star Sanctum, East Riding of Yorkshire
Inspired by exotic locations around the globe, North Star Sanctum is a collection of boutique five-star lodges in the rural surroundings of East Riding of Yorkshire. The six lavish self-catering lodges allow visitors to immerse themselves in elements of Morocco, India, Bali and Africa, and each includes log burners and hot tubs to accompany the stylish interiors. With one or two bedrooms, guests can opt to stay in The Fez, The Raj, The Lotus, The Ashram, The Kasbah or Madagascar.
Victorian House Hotel, Lake District – February
From the team behind London’s Georgian House Hotel in Pimlico, the Victorian House Hotel promises to bring luxury to the heart of the Lake District. With 19 spacious bedrooms, including a mix of twin and double rooms, as well as several suites, the hotel in Grasmere will mix Victorian architecture with an array of contemporary features from interior designer Laura Fulmine, to create a welcoming and informal environment. Four Stargazer rooms will also feature telescopes and dual aspect hip-to-ceiling windows, providing exceptional views of the night sky. A number of the downstairs rooms will be dog-friendly, while indoor tee-pee beds are just one of the playful optional additions for kids, making the accommodation even more family-friendly. Simplistic design, pine beams and vast oak flooring are among the main features of the new development, designed to enhance the hotel’s existing public spaces

Manor Farm Glamping, Bursledon – May
Located on the banks of the River Hamble at Bursledon, a short drive from Southampton in Hampshire, Manor Farm will offer chic glamping experiences throughout the summer. From May to September, 15 boutique bell tents will provide boutique luxury for families in a spectacular setting, complete with shower and bathroom cabins, fire pits and a wood-fired hot tub. Combining nature with some of the latest mod-cons, the tents are located only 30 minutes from Peppa Pig World and Marwell Zoo by car, and are ideally located for exploring what the south coast has to offer. Guests can choose to stay in one of ten fully-waterproofed canvas rooms, allowing them to get close to nature. A further five Canvas Cottage Suites include a number of additional luxurious furnishings, outdoor miniature kitchens and space to sleep up to eight people.
