Our training and events are delivered in various ways:

Training and webinars

In-person and online sessions led by subject-matter experts - including international market updates and business support for industry and business event professionals.

Trade missions

In-person opportunities to meet hand-picked buyers from UK and overseas markets, and attend expert-led sessions. Featuring pre-arranged meetings or free-flow appointments, plus networking opportunities.

Trade shows

We have a high-profile presence at industry-wide events, with branded exhibit space and opportunities to showcase your destination or product alongside our offering.

 

Events for all levels

Events are separated into three tiers: beginner, intermediate and advanced, to help you find the most appropriate level.

Beginner

These are suitable for those who have just embarked on their travel trade journey. Those who are at the first stages of building booking channels, using the travel industry networking and are still working on product development. You have only attended domestic opportunities until now. 

Intermediate

For those who are confident in product development and have established booking channels, through might still be working on establishing your brand. You’re working mainly with domestic business and starting to look to international opportunities, and have attended sales events and opportunities either in the UK or internationally.

Advanced

You have highly developed products and experiences. You’re offer is fully integrated within the booking channels and intermediary landscape. And you’re confident in the international travel trade landscape with a brand that is well established both in the UK and overseas.
